Using the Daily Monitor to check your Progress

Monitoring yourself not only assures you that you are using the FEAR-Smashers most efficiently; it also enables you to see how much progress you have made in banishing fear. Each success will make it easier for you to risk using the keys at a deeper level. My daily monitor included questions and affirmations that you can use at various times:
• In the morning before facing the day.
• At midday to see how you’re doing
• Before any event that’s going to cause you some anxiety
• At night before bedtime to affirm bow well you did and to consider some things you need to work on
These questions and affirmations will be different for everyone, since all of us have different fears and needs. However, here are some suggestions:
MORNING
• What action will I take today to work on overcoming fear? (Then use affirmations that apply to you.)
NOON
• Have I gone to alpha at least one this morning?
• Have I taken action or made plans to take action on overcoming my fears?
• Have I monitored my thoughts and replaced negative ones with affirmations about myself?
(Then go to alpha and use affirmations and visualizations for reprogramming)
Evening
• How many times have I gone to alpha today?
• What action did it take to overcome my rear?
• Have I monitored my thoughts and replaced negative ones with affirmations about myself?
• Have I written in any journal today?
• Have I given myself “attaboys” and “attagirls” fir every attempt I have made to help myself and others?
(Then affirm that you are a worthy person who deserves to be free of fear. Use other affirmations that apply to you.)
